





Growing up in the Tenchtown Ghettos of Kingston, Jamaica Bounty Killer saw his share of violence as a youth. Starting out with the name of Bounty Hunter then changing to Bounty Killer in 1992 where he saw many of his song become hits.
Throughout the mid 1990's he had frequent DJ standoffs with Beenie Man that grew into a big rivalry between the two. By the late 1990's Bounty Killer began to move into the New York Hip Hop scene Working with Hip Hop artists such as the Fugees and Busta Rythms. In 2001 he appeared on No Doubts Hey Baby which even landed him a spot on the Superbowl Pregame show.
